What is Smart Intelligent Building Certification

As a pleasant, safe and eco-environmentally sustainable building created by converging ICT technology suitable to the purpose, scale and function of a building, it refers to buildings that integrally plans and manages energy, use of rainwater, socially vulnerable group and others.

Residential and non-residential facilities pursuant to the 「Rule on Certification of Smart Buildings」 Article 2

지능형건축물인증절차는 신청인이 자체평가서 작성 후 인증신청서/인증수수료 납부 후 인증기관으로 넘어간다. 인증기관으로 넘어가서는 인증심사 후 인증심의후 인증서(명판)교부 절차로 진행된다. 이 과정에서 인증심사는 인증심사단(내부)에서 이루어지며 인증처리 기간은 40일이 걸린다. 신청인의 인증신청서/인증수수료 납부 때 서류보완을 한다. 인증심의는 인증심의위원회(외부)에서 이루어진다. 그 후 인증서(명판)교부는 예비인증:예비인증서, 본인증:지능형건축물 인증명판이 교부된다.

지능형건축물인증등급을 안내 하며 구분, 1등급, 2등급, 3등급, 4등급, 5등급 항목으로 구성된 표입니다.
