R&D Center

The government has enacted laws so that energy diagnosis is compulsory in order to improve energy usage efficiency in business premises that use large amount of energy as an effort to reinforce energy saving foundation and to reduce greenhouse gas emission.
Energy diagnosis refers to technical consulting that involves proposing optimal improvement drafts in order to analyze current usage status of energy in business premises, identify loss factors and save energy in the entire energy using facility.

Energy diagnosis cycle

The cycle for the owner of large energy consuming business premise to periodically receive assessment is calculated in the unit of month and is measured from the following month of the month in which energy diagnosis has been received. Diagnosis has to be received every 5 years by obligation depending on the annual energy usage.

Obligatory subject : Large energy consuming business premise (Business premise using more than 2,000 TOE of annual energy usage)

Preliminary site inspection after consultation with the person in charge and discussion on schedule

SET02

Preliminary site inspection

Purpose of diagnosis, current operation status, analysis of diagnosis implementation plan, scope of diagnosis and discussion on process
